The information that we get can come in various different forms:
heard, seen, felt, smelt or tastes. How we impart the information we get is down to our belief systems and filters about what we have experienced in a similar situation in the past.
Did we have a positive or negative experience when we tasted chocolate for example; or when we saw snow for the first time did it make us laugh and experience joy.
How we feel and what we believe about the situations we encounter will govern how we move through life. We can either learn these through our own endeavours or we are taught behaviours by our parents, guardians, friends and peers.
Sometimes these filters and belief systems cause us stress and do not benefit us in the long term, by using the HelioSol Technique we can change those belief systems that are no longer doing us service and reduce the stress in our lives.
