Why do we try to compare ourselves to others all the time? It robs us of our own unique individuality, opinion and perspectives. As I sit here typing a full moon is rising - bright copper in colour, it is a wonderful sight to behold and in this moment it is quite beautiful. So why would I compare it to a moon seen before? Yes there may have been others that were as big / coppery but they were each in a different time and space; as such I intend to enjoy this one for being here 'now' when I want to look at a copper coloured full moon in a clear sky with snow on the mountains and stars in the sky just starting to appear.
I intend to be in the moment and be joyful, appreciate what I have, what I am doing and know that what I am endeavouring to do is for the highest good, is being done from the heart and ego is being parked at the door along with comparisons. With that in mind - there are still a few spaces on the BodyTalk Access course here on 14th Feb; time to park those comparisons and be in the moment, that joyful moment and enjoy being you.
